Just back from a weekend at the Balmoral hotel . Very friendly family run hotel. Food is great and plenty of it. Staff are so helpful nothing is any bother to them. Great entertainment on 2 nights. 3rd night everyone on the bus trip made our own entertainment. Had a great laugh with our new friends from glasgow. Will definitely be going there again sometime soon. A big thank you to Janet & Andy the owners of the Balmoral. We had a great time.
Management and staff really helpful and friendly, bending over backwards to provide best service possible.
Food adequate if somewhat limited: then again at the price little else could be expected.

Very help full and pleasant and clean....I would defiantly recommend from a party of 4 and the food is outstanding apart from the soup which could have been thicker....ALL THE BEST FROM FROM JACK GREENHOFF , DEAN GREENHOFF , AND ROY and Shirley. .GREAT HOTEL....
A nice hotel with great owners and staff, right next to the seafront and attractions, we were room only but menu looked great.
The service was polite and professional. I attended a working lunch and the food was tasty and quick. Would go again.
The food was amazing, a 5 course silver service evening meal, all the staff are very helpful
Love this place its like a second home. The old manager mike is very friendly and alwaus up for a good natter
