Who cannot really beat McDonald's for a quick snack only thing is the food is always lukewarm it's never very hot, it is the same at any branch of McDonald's in Hull, yes I have been to other outlets in different towns and it is piping hot, they need to address the temperature of the food it is never hot it's always lukewarm

Ate in with my 4 year old daughter, food was as usual it’s McDonald’s so it’s always kinda the same, however these 5 stars are for ‘Pete’ who was so polite and helpful offered my daughter a balloon, she was happy and said yes please and he went to the back to get the colour she wanted, asked us if we wanted any sauces and brought them to us, cleared our rubbish away and had a smile on his face the whole time, credit where credit is due, 5 starts for Pete

Slow service now these Uber eats are crowding the place , the staff must be exhausted. Due to this the service wait times are extremely long as you can see why people order online as the restaurant is under staffed and drowning in online orders . I don’t visit it often now due to the wait times . Make a different window for online orders and don’t prioritise drive through when I got out my car and off my sofa to visit the restaurant,come on MD time to look at the customer experience and the prices have shot up .I. Now a BK fan as it’s better value and quicker

I never ever leave reviews, but after eating inside the McDonald's Bridlington restaurant I just couldn't leave without writing this. There was a gentleman called Pete/Peter who works there who gave the most phenomenal service and after previously bad experiences at this particular McDonald's he has completely changed my opinion on the place. He came and sat at the iPad game screen things and spoke to my kids, got them a balloon, I could see him going around and talking to all the customers, offering to clear their table, he brought activity packs over for my kids, and he even commented on how nice it was to see me interacting with my kids rather than just leaving them to it. We then had a nice chat about my teacher training and people in his family who also work in schools. Lovely lovely man and he is an absolute credit to the restaurant. We hope to see him again on our next visit.
