Well, we were very impressed by Tim Hortons. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Plenty of space even for mobility scooters. The food was fresh and attractive. The drinks were hot and served in proper mugs. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'll certainly be back.

Me and my partner came here a few times and it's always been really good! Very friendly service, great foods. We're both always very happy eating here. I got asked to leave feedback which of course I know how important it is for companies. And I got some free timbits back in return! 💕 very sweet customer service, so polite too!! We didn't have to wait long for food. Probably 10mins😊

Been for breakfast twice here now, both times with friends. I can honestly say that the sausage muffins and hash browns are way better than McDonalds (who are, funnily enough, next door), as they taste more like real food and a lot less like grease. I've had two coffees here; a latte and a frappe (pictured) and both were lovely. Breakfast meals are reasonably costed (less than £5 even with the drink upgrade), and my friends say the doughnuts and tim bits are amazing. Would definitely reccomend, just wish it were in a slightly more convenient place.

Came in near close for a last min pickup. Ordered the chocolate brownie shake, which was so delicious. Thank you to the kind staff, who let us take a box of leftover doughnuts for free when the store was closing. Kidane and Muskee were so kind!

I've only ever been to a Tim Horton's while I was in Canada, so my recent visit was the first time in the UK. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much from a fast food place, but I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and had a smile for the customers. I don't normally single out individual staff members, but I will make an exception for Michelle. She was polite, friendly and it was clear they were short staffed as she seemed to be doing the job of several people. If Michelle is working, I'll be sure to go back.

It was my first visit to Tim Hortons at Merry Hill. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the service. The shop has a lovely atmosphere, making it enjoyable to eat there. The service I received was exceptional. The staff member, Michelle, was polite and cheerful, and when she noticed I had a walking stick, she told me to go sit down and she would bring it to me. I can't thank her.enough.

We popped in for a swift bite before entering the Centre for a spot of retail torture. I found the place much more to my taste than MacDonalds. The coffee was really good and my burger has a flavour I really enjoyed. I'm not a rabid consumer of fast food but I'm definitely coming back.

Lovely quiet restaurant to enjoy a coffee, French vanilla is a winner for me. The doughnuts are amazing but the breakfast is fabulous. Staff are always helpful with a smile ☺️

I ordered a breakfast wrap from here, as part of a meal deal. So a drink, hash brown and breakfast wrap for £3.50 not bad. There was a bit of await for my food, but it is made to order. My tea arrived with no milk or sugar, which I had asked for. Not the end of the world, I went to counter and the women gave me some. A couple on the table next to me ordered pancakes and bacon. There's came with no bacon. I wouldn't risk going through the drive through, I can't see them getting the order 100% right. My breakfast was nice though, and the restaurant's new and clean.

Tim Hortons is like the local bus service, Wait for ages then a few Spring up all at once in the local area. The car park although is free is bit of a maze to get in and out and the speed bumps are Proper speed bumps ( not like the local useless council ones ) food is great as usual but prices have gone up a tad ( due to the world we are living in ) but this brings them in line with mucky d's and Greggs. Funny to see so many mucky d staff going to Tim horton for food ( could it be better quality? ) layout inside is the usual Tim " cafe style " interior. Been here 3' times and always in the morning and looks clean and tidy. Only issue is the self service machines never seem to work, if your going to force people to use contactless you need to make sure systems are in place, other than that, its my new breakfast stop in merry hill!

Good strong coffee, food is always enjoyable. Staff are super friendly and a credit to the place. Such a relaxing environment that you cant get in the other coffee shops around the centre as they are always packed and cramped. Big windows make it seem so light and airy. Always parking available even on Saturdays and has multiple toilets!
