Excellent Food and great value, friendly staff. I would definately recommend and I will be eating here again. They offer a Specials Menu on a Tuesday and Thursday Lunchtimes in the Restaurant.
Always enjoy good fish and chips from The Golden Hind. The staff are hardworking and friendly. There is a good menu choice inc soup of the day, the potato swizzler, pies, burgers, a selection of cakes and more. You can preorder takeaway.

Just had fish and chips here, 14-04-24. They were excellent. Great quantity, quality and price. Surroundings were lovely and clean with good spacing between tables. Served by a well mannered and very polite young lady. Will definitely be going back.

Such a lovely experience. Gorgeous decor and ambience. Wonderful service. Exquisite fish, chips and mushy peas. Couldn’t fit one of their tempting sponge puddings with custard, cream or ice cream in, so I’ll be making sure I’m even hungrier when I go again this week 😋
Lovely restaurant attached to a great chippy. Battered sausages, chips and gravy were delicious and filing and good value too. Lovely staff made this a very enjoyable meal. Only minor issue was the music system jumping and skipping which was a little annoying. Otherwise exactly what you'd want from a fish and chip restaurant. The batter was particularly good.

Came across this place when I was parking up to go to the shops. Lots of parking, polite staff, prices are normal too. I didn't get to see the restaurant as it was nice enough to sit outside, it's by the canal/river too. Fish and chips were tasty too. Its worth visiting, if in the area...

Nice traditional fish restaurant offering a lot more than just that. Great location with plenty of parking available, pay and display, disabled free. Eat in or take away available. The eat-in is my choice, very clean, warm, great tasting food at good value price. Excellent friendly service.
