Camelford Arms - Brighton - Photo album

We discovered this gem on a recent trip. At first glance the menu options, which are incredible, look expensive (I spent five minutes saying "how much for X") but they are WELL worth the money. The food was incredible. The sign outside describes it as good, honest grub and that is spot on. It has al
Popped in for dinner , good menu selection lots of home cooked options . Friendly bar staff and dog friendly too , we both had homemade pies which were good , didn’t have to wait too long . Recommend.
What a find this pub is. We went here because it's very dog 🐕 friendly. They serve some great hearty pub grub. The portions are massive and very good value. Chicken and Bacon Salad was lovely. Had one of the Best Omelettes. It covered the plate and the nice chips were buried. Staff are very welcomin
Based on a recommendation we stopped in for an early dinner and we could not have been happier with this place. Excellent atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food. We had an order of fish and chips and an order of steak and ale pie. More food than we could eat. This is a wonderful place a
It's described as "the sort of pub we'd want to go to ourselves" which was spot on for me. Although the pub was empty I felt completely at home and relaxed. A varied menu, and I tried the special, being baked camambert which came with garlic bread. At £10.90 I was expecting a small portion, but for
I highly recommend this place. I contacted the pub explaining that my dog is nervous/ anxious and requested a table in a corner. They were so accommodating and understanding. We ordered 3 Sunday roasts. The quality and taste of the meat (beef and lamb) was exceptional and a large variety of vegetab
We went on a Saturday night. As it’s not right in the centre of Brighton’s nightlife, it wasn’t packed, but thankfully we booked a table for dinner in advance. It is a short walk from all the busy pubs and clubs, but more chilled and dog friendly! The rugby was playing on a big tv, but the volume wa
Popped in for dinner on a Saturday evening. One of the best food we had in a pub, portions are huge and staff is super nice. Planning on returning soon to try to Sunday roast as well. I know the music is a big part of the pub, but would it be ok to suggest to turn it down just a tad bit? 😃
Found this place on the Web searching for Sunday roasts. Award winning and the Queen has popped in. They are now serving the Xmas menu. Tried to book for 1pm full, so we got in at 3pm. Turkey roast. Came quickly. Only £14.90. Huge plate turkey, roast potatoes Brussels carrots. Red Cabbage. Ordin
Oh my goodness!! The food is AMAZING!! It’s without doubt the best roast I have ever eaten. Staff are attentive and friendly, atmosphere is great. We watched the six nations rugby while consuming our mega roast. Cannot fault it. Highly recommended this place, loved it!
