The Set - Brighton - Photo album

I’d had this on my list for ages, and it really delivered. The service was thoughtful and staff always felt available for a drink order or a question. The atmosphere is intimate but very cool. And the food 😍 - wow. 9 or 10 small courses - all imaginative and playful. It met all my expectations. Can’
So, I went with a group of six and obviously had the set menu, with the wine pairing. The food was delicious. However, although every course was really good and I had zero complaints, there was not one particular wow moment...which I was surprised about. Similarly with the wine pairing, it was good
Wow, what a place and what an experience. We spent over 3 hours there last week with an 11 course menu and my wife had the wine pairing as well. The food was epic, wonderfully presented, so many amazing and different tastes. The service was great, really engaging and interested in explaining the fo
Amazing dining experience. Absolutely loved it. The drink pairings were a little too adventurous for me and the beer in there was a bit strong for my palette. But the food and vibe was so strong that I honestly can't recommend this place enough.

The only fault I could find was that there wasn’t more courses to enjoy! Every single course used some many different techniques and each one was fantastic! I honestly wish
Absolutely amazing food. The chocolate miso dessert is a life changer. Most of the items on the tasting menu are absolutely fantastic. And those with an eye for presentation will be pleased. Drinks flight is a nice treat but not necessary to enjoy the meal. You can always just order a bottle or tw

Full of character, rustic and with great atmosphere, small plates to share with a nice Wine list to choose from. Food was delicious, some brilliant, cooked fresh and with quality products. Friendly warm service and fairly priced. I think it's a Michelin recommended place, rightfully. #LetsGuide
Easily one of the best meals I've had in Brighton - every single one of the 14 dishes was absolutely unreal. Can't wait to go back!
