Unfortunately I was too late to get a loaf of sourdough bread, will come back for another try… the beef brisket sandwich and the carrot cake was delicious
Good environment and friendly staff. Despite of a serving error (gave us a ice latte instead of an oat latte), staff quickly resolved the issue.
Food is not exceptional but is definitely above average. Coffees can be a bit stronger (though this is a bit subjective).
Very very very fantastic kappa, I ordered filter coffee which it has fruity smell and light body. Banana loaf also perfect!
Great recommendation for bread and coffee lovers.

A really nice cafe in the Brighton lanes that serves great sandwiches (the pastrami is amazing), cakes and coffee. It’s small and normally busy so indoor seating can be a problem but if you can take away it’s no problem. It’s not cheap but it’s great quality.
We love this place! The friendliest team around their manager is incredible! Cannot do enough for you and your always greeted with a smile whether it’s 9am or 5:55 before closing it’s never too much trouble!
Well worth a visit and while your their get a loaf of sourdough it’s our favourite little p

Solid sourdough and the sausage roll is divine, an absolute highlight! The breakfast focaccia looks amazing, too - I hope to go back to Brighton one day to try it!
Always love to pop here when we are in Hove! Great tasty selection of sandwiches and the cakes are 👌, and always service with a smile! Only ever had takeaway… so must stay one day! I’d recommend the carrot cake!
Popped in for a takeaway cappuccino and croissant. Was nice, next time will try more.
Great little cafe on the corner of a bustling street. Ice vanilla latte was standard, refreshing on a hot summer day. Cinnamon bun was unlike most, crunchy on the outside with an almost croissant like texture.

The staff are the most lovely and personable people you could meet. Always so nice and welcoming. Remember my order whenever I come in and just make grabbing my morning coffee such a pleasant experience! Shout out to Lizzie, Vita, Isobel, Martha, Tess, Lily and Rory!
