Sawadee Thai Restaurant - Brighton - Photo album

Highly recommend the set menu, an enormous amount of food there and great flavours. My girlfriend proclaimed this was the best meal she has ever had, which while I have heard this several times in the past, is still a badge of honour that sawadeethai should wear proudly. Friendly, attentive staff
Ordered the usual Thai dishes and wasn’t disappointed with our first time experience. The taste wasn’t overpowering my palate but the overall presentation of the dishes revealed the underlying creative effort of the chef/owner. Definitely would recommend.
Delicious dinner, beautiful decor, great service!
Delicious food that was freshly prepared with really tasty ingredients! I unfortunately did not dine in, which would have been so nice because it was such an inviting restaurant. Highly recommend it.
Great ambiance. Excellent service. Amazing food!!!! Must try: 1. Fish cakes (if you have been to Thailand have a bite and you're transported right back) 2. Dumplings (siomaaiii love indeed! Filipinos can relate) 3. Broccoli with spicy nut sauce (sorry not sure about the name but the taste I will de
The food was really tasty, like less fake tasting than many other places. The guy who I presume was the manager was delightful and the girl serving was so polite and beautiful. Both such beautiful people. We were the second to last people in there just past 10pm so they were clearly tired. A lady ca
Thai restaurant, good not amazing. Perhaps this is a more authentic Thai as other reviewers have suggested (flavours not super strong). Also Green Thai curry was very oily. Massaman was nice though. Staff friendly.
Very friendly staff. Nice pad Thai with good balance of sweetness and chillie 👌🏻
Best food ever. Wanted to lick the plate clean. Had green curry with side of vegetables. They were rhe best vegetables I have ever had. Sorry the pictures are half eaten but I just couldn't wait to get started.
We had the Special Set Menu at £46 for 2. Was just about as good as food can get. Simply superb. Flavour, quality and filling. Very highly recommended this. The 4 main dishes were so tasty.
After eating at Sawadee, this restaurant has made it onto a list my friends special list of places to get really terpy food. I have a bunch of allergies so finding somewhere appropriate is often hard on short notice but we were in Kemptown and the munchies had kicked in from a really nice joint we s
Nice and very tasty food. A bit overpriced though.
Great friendly service, versatile menu, delicious food.
Generally pretty good, only really downside was the poor Jungle Curry (or Jungle broth would have been more accurate). Manager was excellent in resolving this so a positive review.
