Perhaps the best place in Brighton. In any case, I had the most delicious cinnamon roll of my life here and although I'm from Germany, I'll be back to try something else - everything on display looked so incredibly delicious!
Came highly recommended, wasn’t disappointed, I arrived slightly later in the day than I hoped so their full selection wasn’t available, so my advice would be get there early!! It’s popular… lovely staff, tasty products.

Great bakery, the bread is very very good. As a complete Francophile I sort of wish the pain au raisin, pain au chocolat etc were a more faithful homage. But besides these two things, superb.
If you like to taste real patisserie this is the place. Do not look any further. Real bread, tarts and cakes you are going to love. Perfect for vegan and vegetarian.

The Open Bakery supplied the most beautiful, delicious cake for my 50th birthday party last week. We went for the Chocolate Croquant and it was rich but light and looked amazing with fruit and a special birthday message. Everyone who had a piece loved it. A real crowd pleaser! Great service too. i just had a hummus, carrot and avocado sandwich which was quite good and seemed fresh. I have also found a variety of bread and pastries which were eye appealing. I believe they also serve coffee specialities. Will definitely come back
