Slow smoked chicken, amazing deep flavour and sauces. The chicken is typically pink but that's normal for this cooking process, worth a google if you are worried.

Went for curry goat, but the fresh jerk chicken smells were so good I changed my mind.... jerk chicken with plenty of gravy so so so so good. 100% recommend a visit if you want a taste of proper Jamacian food.
