Big thank you to Glyn for accomodating our sip and paint activity for our hen party group in our own area. Great selection of drinks and the staff were very friendly and service was quick. We ended up coming back the next day for brunch which was delicious. Highly recommended and to book in advance

Was lucky to get a table at this lovely place. Arrived around midday on a Wednesday, service was quick and friendly. We both had the small breakfast with black pudding. Quality of food was very good. It's a very popular eatery. Fully recommend this place.
oh how glorious! i was having a dreadful day but went to kooks and it was utterly turned around by the wonderful barmaid with beautiful curly red hair! it seems nothing short of necessary to come on here and thank her for serving me with such warmth! Lovely find in the Lanes in Brighton, we were on the hunt for a good breakfast after being at an event the night before.
We happened across this place and was very impressed by the coffee and breakfasts on offer.
We ordered 4 of the cooked breakfasts and coffees and juices.

Popped in here for coffee and cake and we were not disappointed. They have a variety of cakes/treats, half of which were vegan and a couple were gluten free. Both coffee and cake were delicious and great service too. Also dog friendly :)
Great sausages the pancakes were a little hard but overall a nice place for breakfast
