Came here for a Sunday lunch with family arriving at 14:30.
Overall it’s a nice enough place, a little rough around the edges but clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The food overall was really good. The blue cheese croquettes were delicious as was the sausage roll and olives.

Honestly one of the best Sunday Roasts I’ve had in Brighton!
I had the pork, which was cooked to perfection, it melted in your mouth but then the skin was so crispy. The roast potatoes were delicious but wish there were a couple more. There were a few little carrots on the side which were also nice
We were staying close by Seven Dials and googled for a good pub for a classic Sunday Roast. We lucked upon the Chimney House and looked at the reviews and photos posted.

One of my favourite pubs in Brighton! Ticks all the boxes. Friendly Neighbourhood local with genuine friendly staff and fantastic food, jazzy vibes in the evening.

There was a kitchen porters called Harry+Eli, very nice fellas, definitely deserve some extra cash. Was polite and solved my parking problem.
