The Mock Turtle - Brighton - Photo album

Quite the pleasant surprise, I’m pleased that stumbled into here. I found the prices to be very competitive, especially compared to other venues in town. I had the house specialty, Welsh rarebit, which was very good. My partner had a rock cake too which received a big thumbs up. I don’t know Brighto
Probably the best place to enjoy a tea together with a great and tasty slice of cake. Besides, we enjoyed a lot the tea party with a big and delicious scones. The service were so good and helpful. Also, the decoration is charming.
Had a lovely lunch at The mock turtle when I visited Brighton. The sandwiches and home made cakes were delicious. The staff were very welcoming and the cafe has a relaxed atmosphere. Don't bother going to a chain cafe as a few steps away is the real deal.
Today I went to one of the most iconic tea rooms in Brighton, as you can see how pretty are the tea pots and cups!!! 🫖☕️ You must come to this place and experience the traditional English tea blend, scones, AND OMELETTE 🍳!!!! THEY ARE FABULOUS! SUPER SOFT CREAMY🥹 And guess what? They are not expensi
Old style shop with lovely character and friendly and helpful staff. The staff were very attentive yesterday to a customer in a wheelchair, and the staff were talking amongst themselves yesterday after he left saying what a nice man he was. We live more than 70 miles from Brighton but having been
An old English tea shop, all cakes are made by proprietor, including some very large doughnuts, with lashings of jam ! I had tea and tuna sandwich, and shared a doughnut with friends. Amazingly friendly people here, well worth more visits when in Brighton.
Fantastic tea shop and definitely worth a visit. I ordered a full English and it was obviously cooked to ordered and absolutely delicious. The staff were really friendly and wonderful too. Nothing bad to say about this place at all. I'll definitely be back.
Lovely and cozy old school type of British tea room locates in the central of Brighton. Nice selection of tea and decent food, it does feel like having a cup of tea at granny's house.
Beautiful place. Staff were very polite. The omlettes were so fluffy. Portions definitely worth the price.
You must visit this iconic quaint little tea room. Yes it is in an ' out of the way ' location. Not many people will be wandering down to Pool Valley , other than to catch the bus . It's situated just off East Street , but is definitely worth a visit. It's quirky but has a fantastic choice of cakes
Lovely blend of tea. Sandwiches yummy with plenty of filling and a little salad on the side. Cakes delicious and huge portions. Lovely spot for lunch.
Such a lovely café. You get your money's worth and the café is beautifully decorated. The staff are super friendly. The cakes all look amazing!
Best place to have tea. The place is very traditional and characteristic. The menù for the tea is tasty and plentiful. I have been here only one time with my friends and my impression was very positive.
Cute, kitchy kind of place. Food was nice, especially the leaf tea! Servive very friendly and efficient. Would recommend for a quick bite and a drink when you're all shopped out!
Amazing food! Good tea, nice atmosphere. The waitress would have been better if she had smiled more, could be a cultural thing, could have been having a bad day, but it didn’t ruin how wonderful the food was.
My favourite place in Brighton. Awesome tea shop... traditional teas and homemade cakes served. As well as good old fish n chips! I love the Mock Turtle.
