Great pub! Good location, friendly staff, reasonable prices. The interior and exterior are lovely. The building dates back to the 1920s. Plenty of seating that covers two floors. Restrooms are upstairs, but there is a handicapped restroom on the ground floor as well as handicapped accessible entr
Normal spoons. It's only good for a cheap beer like others I've been to better. No atmosphere, boring, but I have given it 4 stars instead of the normal 3 because of the chicken wings I had. They were probably the best wings I've ever had. Even better than wing stop.
A great Wetherspoons located in the centre of Brighton.. whilst in Brighton for Pride weekend we popped into many bars although we ended up frequenting here regularly. The place was extremely busy with barely a spare table/chair on any of our visits. We enjoyed Traditional Breakfasts on one of the
Decent scampi, chips and peas. Order came with garden, not mushy peas, apart from that, brilliant. Only got 4 stars, as not really my kind of place. Food was hot, and proper scampi, not mushed up fishy bits. Drinks and 2 scampi and chips for just over £21, can't really grumble.
Came in for a quick pre gig pint so ordered at the bar not knowing how long table service would be. Being a Monday evening we were surprised when there was no lemonade the rum we ordered was also out (the cheapest one on the menu) The guy behind the bar was very nice about it and we enjoyed the drin
As always, cheap beer and reasonable food quality and price. Very busy pub and in desperate need for a clean and refurbishment. More staff required too and some table cleaning.
The breakfasts, both normal and large, are still reasonably good value. The thing that let's them down for me though is the poor quality of baked beans piled on the plate. If I forget to ask for no beans, I leave them on the plate, lonely and untouched. Perhaps they should stop penny-pinching and us
Went too Brighton for the Day with the Grandkids, fancied a drink and found a Wetherspoon's Never been in this one and you know they welcome children, it was quiet so we decided to have lunch there as we had comfortable seats. The food was tasty and served nice and hot, friendly staff and waited a
My favourite of the 2 spoons in the city centre, it is spacious and never as busy as The Bright Helm. Service is speedy even when on the app. However, if you're ordering for yourself, you might as well go the bar as it's always quicker. Furniture is dated, and the room gets dark in some spots, so it
As always with this chain, you get simple stuff at a great price. A pint of ale for £1-71! Prices are unbeatable. The saying you get what you pay for just doesn't apply here, you get way more, these are prices from the 90's!
Best place for a reasonable and heavy meal.Nice and quick service. Authentic aswell.
Great Wetherspoons, there is always space here even on Fridays or Saturdays. This is the only wetherspoons i know that has refunded peoplebwhen their order didnt come through or they couldn't give it. Your average spoons, pretty cheap and my favourite thing of all (Au Gold Blue Raspberry vodka) has
Great place, good value been here many times for family meals, girls nights drinks, breakfasts, lunches and even just for a coffee. However this evening I was blown away by a member of staff who has always seemed sweet but made such an effort with my son this evening, he has complex needs and someti
