Saturday before Christmas @16:30. Busy/noisy bar but we were offered a table to dine in the back area, which was quieter. Food cooked fresh to order. All very good. Bar staff & kitchen staff very friendly. Slight mixup with our order but soon sorted. Will definitely return. Highly recommend the Thai food.

A small pub just off the main Queens Road towards the North Lanes area. It appears very much a locals type of pub, but we visited twice over a few days and were certainly made welcome, and remembered when we returned. There is a good choice of real and keg type beers, named spirits, and wines including sparkling. Service was very friendly. Prices, well ,typical for the area. There is the main bar, a small 'snug' type bar and outside seating. We did not try the food or the garden. Friendly for the city, with outdoor seating and good beers, what more can you ask.

Was as busy as I have ever seen it for the Sheffield United game, full of away supporters, everyone happy. The pies are easily the best you'll ever get in a pub, and there is a girl who works here that is so friendly she'll bring them to your table if they aren't quite ready. It's got an old fashioned feel to it I think people like. Peroni, Harvey's and those pies. It's a valuable part of a match day.
