Fantastic local sourced modern fusion. Would highly recommend trying this restaurant for a lovely evening out or afternoon small plates. The concept is sharing and it definitely feels right with dishes like smoke mussels and green tomatoes, fennel sourdough which amazingly mocks southern fried chicken, to the pork schlacklosse which is a pasta-esque dish with pork and a beautiful chicken broth. The environment is modern and relaxed with nice buzz and the wine from chosen producers is well chosen. Check it out, you won't regret it.

What a fabulous new place!! We had several different dishes between 2 of us and I can recommend the pea, curd and mint dish! The concept is hybrid retail - restaurant in a jewellery shop! The wines are organic and the ceramics are all hand made! We'll def be back very soon. Thank you!

Found the is place and came here totally by chance and so glad that I did! Food was delicious, the guys were lovely and I'll be dreaming of the porter cake for ages! Perfect lunch in Brighton.
