Jia Mo - Brighton - Photo album

The food was delicious with big portions. We got the YouPo noodles (with chilli) and Noodles with slow cooked pork. Both were excellent! The staff were also really friendly and gave us great recommendations. Will definitely be coming back for more!
Delicious and authentic!! My husband and I lived in China and we have long looked for a place where we could enjoy good Chinese food again! The sesame noodles are amazing, and spicy! The bun was filled with delicious slow cooked pork belly, so yum! We're definitely going back to try the rest of the
Really good. Fresh, full of flavour and the guy working here has an obvious passion for what he does. The slow roast pork was spot on. Portion size is large, and so good you’ll want to eat it all.
The noodles taste really fresh and delicious, they made it all by hand which is really different from other types of noodles, and the new drink(iced tea) is really fresh as well, I think it’s the best match with the noodles! Highly recommended!
Really good noodles! They also do veggie and vegan options, it tastes super fresh and is very clean and has more seating downstairs.
Liang pi is the best, 5 star! Murger I tried beef one, so so, but I think pork one will be better if you can eat pork. You po noodle is ok, handmade noodle, but if it can be more elastic (hand pullable) would be much better. A good meal!
Very friendly service with helpful recommendations to make the most of the food. The vegetarian noodles I can strongly recommend those where absolutely incredible with such a variety of flavours with chillies garlic and cucumbers, all these combined with thick noodles cooked on order rather than reh
Delicious and authentic food. I have tried the hot and the cold noodles, and the pork buns. The noodles are fresh and tasty. The hot noodle dish with pork has superb flavourful broth. The vegetarian hot noodle dish is also excellent - packed with flavour and with a spicy kick. The cold noodles are
Amazing place for hand made fresh noodles. Really simple menu for the perfect reason that if you do food well, you don't need to make and song about it. I had the hot and sour noodles and it was insanely good. I can't wait to come back and try everything on the menu.
Loved the noodles! It is so good, I regularly go with my partner in Brighton, its not crazy expensive considering they are fresh made noodles ! The staff are always very lovely and accommodating to us. Thank you guys x
The food here is always good. The noodles are freshly made and are the best I've had in Brighton. Options for both meat eaters and veggies/vegans. It's great to see how dedicated the friendly owner is to his craft. This comes out in the taste of the food. Nice place to eat in, or take away to eat
Delicious, authentic and fresh. Really friendly owner/cook is clearly passionate about his product too
So delicious! I loved the cold noodles with the sesame sauce, which I preferred to the chilli sauce topping even though I love hot stuff - the sesame is more unusual, sort of tangy and very tasty, the chilli sauce is nice but a more familiar kind of chilli oil. I also love the buns with pork, I can'
Handmade noodles people! Yet somehow even better and the star of the show is the name sake jia mo buns. Slow cooked pork or beef and different cuts to chose from. I’ve been searching since I had them in Xi’an and I can say I felt sure it couldn’t be the same but had to give it a go, and to my joy th
I had the pork noodles and they are delicious. Simple but really tasty flavoured broth, delicious tender pork, and the noodles are amazingly thick and chewy. If you like noodles or street food j highly recommend Jia Mo. Sorry for the picture but inahd already eaten half of them. Go.
Short menu but who needs lots of choice when the food is this good? Noodles made fresh and that broth is just amazing. Excellent value. Highly recommended.
