Lovely people behind the counter. Good sense of humor. While I was not looking for a chain coffee shop, the atmosphere here is like a local shop. Very welcoming.
The person behind the bar is very friendly and works very fast! Great cappuccino and great food!
Nice cozy feeling Nero in between the lanes and the seafront.
Average coffee with polite staff and fast service. I prefer to buy coffee from local coffee shop but if I couldn’t find the local cafe I prefer Nero instead of other big name companies.

I’ve been grabbing some hot drinks here recently and to be honest I really like how quiet it usually gets at this Cafe Nero (Nile Street) branch in Brighton especially during the early mornings between 7am and 10am.
The staff are friendly and quiet a decent place to grab a small takeaway.

Of all the "high street' coffee shops Nero is my favourite and it's British. This particular one is in the Lanes area of Brighton. The interior could do with a refurbishment? Otherwise good coffee and service.
