Been coming here for years on & off.
Still great coffee and good food selection.
As mentioned the furniture is a little dated but that gives this place great character.
On this occasion the service was really good. I suspect because he was management covering for the various different staff I see at this establishment.
Great place to sit and watch Brighton life, inside or out.
The only negative is that there is only one toilet, and the queue can be quite long, especially when non customers all come in to use it.
Nice café with the regular suspects on the menu. Can be quite busy. Furniture is quite old style giving the place a good character.
Cafe nero has always been my favorite coffee place, but this particular shop is the best of all !!
I came to this place with my hubby this afternoon and I ordered only 1 small coffee for my hubby as I was unfortunately too full after big lunch. The gentleman who prepared and served our coffee was superbly skilled, charming and very kind. We will definitely visit again everytime we come to Brighton!!

Lovely people behind the counter. Good sense of humor. While I was not looking for a chain coffee shop, the atmosphere here is like a local shop. Very welcoming.
Average coffee with polite staff and fast service. I prefer to buy coffee from local coffee shop but if I couldn’t find the local cafe I prefer Nero instead of other big name companies.

I’ve been grabbing some hot drinks here recently and to be honest I really like how quiet it usually gets at this Cafe Nero (Nile Street) branch in Brighton especially during the early mornings between 7am and 10am.
The staff are friendly and quiet a decent place to grab a small takeaway.
I would give this a 9 out of 10 and 5 stars. 👍👍👍👍👍☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
This store doesn't have much seating which can be a problem, especially when it's raining. What they do have is efficient staff who clear the tables quickly. Coffee was good, nice temperature.
