The Black Horse - Brighton - Photo album

Some staff can be a bit slow and surly but most are friendly and quick to serve. The beer and cider prices are very good and they show Sky Sports and BT Sports. Seating is extremely limited and there is not much standing room. Door staff aren't very good, one refusing to let me back in to get my sca
Great pub for the football in Brighton town centre. Away fans welcome as long as you behave. Prices were very reasonable.
Cheapest proper pub in town (obviously not including Wspoons) nice crowd, nice atmosphere, less than £4 a pint of decent beer. Good sports coverage, friendly and a great pub.
I remember that visit is longe time ago! Fish and Chips were great, thanks!! With greating from. Vienna/Austria.
Popped in after theatre on a wet Thursday night. Didn't fancy any of the pubs we passed from North Street as crowds trying to get in or queuing and saw across the road what looked like an ordinary pub and we were well pleased with our find. Friendly welcome and good beer in a very convivial pub with
Good little sports pub, great beers, friendly staff, great prices! Right in the heart of town.
Great pub. Nice selection of gins. I would definitely go again.
I've walked past this place lots of times and the front of it looks like a very quaint but tiny old fashioned shop front. We decided to pop in for some drinks and actually once we got inside it was far larger than we expected with a beer garden too. The place is light and airy and nicely decorated.
This pub is one of the cheapest pubs in whole Brighton. With shots for only £2.50 and a beer for under £6 it is very cheap. The barkeepers are als very friendly and it is nice to have a little chat with them.
Great pub. One of the cheapest pubs in Brighton. Great atmosphere friendly staff 👌
Great pub with great atmosphere Shame they don't sell strongbow dark fruits
There's nothing not to like here. Fabulous service, excellent prices and this time of year.... Cosy warm. Brightons real hidden gem. 🤟🤟
Four of us visited here and we had a good lunch. The lasagna was very nice but could have been a bit hotter. The chicken breast was a little on the dry side and the peppercorn sauce was overpriced at £1.49. The three shot dessert was excellent. Do not buy chips from here they were awful! The praline
What a great little pub in the midst of chaos of the Brighton lanes. The publican was very helpful and the tucker was good and reasonably priced
Great Little venue on the main drag. Great for all the sports and its got atmosphere and a great little beer garden at the back with a TV!
We came here for some nice quiet mid week drinks (both before and after seeing a show at the Dome). There was a friendly, relaxing atmosphere and very comfortable.
We were walking back to Brighton train station and decided to pop into this pub that has a small patio at the back which is cosy and rather pleasant to sit in. We had a few drinks and chatted with the friendly owners and locals. Well worth popping in for a drink.
Great atmosphere, the Barman was very helpful with the ale choices. A guy on Brighton pier recommended this place. Said it was the best place in Brighton for its Gin choices
