Chilled out venue with a fantastic sea view, good music and very cheap drink deals (most double spirit and mixers are 3 quid). Currently plays host to various classic and modern rock nights as well as special drink promo events. Fantastic for starting a night out, or sticking around till the small hours since its open late too.
We held our winter micro wedding at the West Beach Cafe and it was an absolutely magical day. The venue was perfect, just the right size for the 20 guests. The team at the West Beach Cafe were amazing, so attentive and professional. They decked out the cafe in beautiful decorations and set everything up beautifully for us so when we arrived everything it all looked perfect and everything was in place for the guests. Really glad we held our wedding there, thank you. X
This is a good place for meals on the sea front at Brighton with good views out across the sea towards the ruined West Pier.
The staff are friendly and helpful and prices are reasonable. The menu provides a good range for all tastes and when served, is well presented and tasty.
The restaurant itself is comfortable and toilets in the adjoining i360 gift shop clean and well maintained.

West Beach Bar and Restaurant is a great place to go for a drink with friends or family. It has a beautiful location right on the beach, with stunning views of the English Channel. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the staff are always happy to help.
I didn't eat here, but did have a few drinks. The cocktails were nice, and the beer was cold and refreshing. I also tried the prosecco, which was good. The food menu looks nice and cater to a wide range of palate.
Overall, I had a great time at West Beach Bar and Restaurant. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the views of the sea.
We came for my friends birthday. Fantastic experience. The staff were kind and the food was lovely..vegan and gluten free options available. Will definitely come again.
Great food, and amazing view of the ocean from the table. Service was a bit slow we had to get up a few times to call over a waiter - but nothing major.
Cool seafront bar with great cocktails. Staff were friendly and attentive. Cool interior with terrace, both great places to people watch. Gets busy in the summer as you might imagine. Definitely try the Singapore Sling (i360 version). Prices are a bit high but par for the course given proximity to tourists
Nice location with lovely view, perfect for sunset watching. Friendly staff and social distancing measures in place. Haven't tried the food yet, so couldn't rate it.

We each had a delicious and sizable Croque Madam. The staff were friendly we were comfortable with the Covid precautions.
After a trip to i360, stopped here for a cup of coffee. We found great deals on Coffee and Cakes (£5.50) and the cakes were nice. The location couldn’t be better. Right on the beach with great views and outside seating on a good day. The Salt and Pepper Squid and Loaded Nachos were pretty good as well. Hannah served us and she was extremely warm and helpful. Definitely recommended for a drink or even a meal if you are out and about in Brighton.
