Called in last Saturday evening. The best Cod and Chips I've had for a very long time.
First class service from Chris and Sharon. Fish was fresh and chips were plenty and hot.
I'm only down for one night to see Gary Numan rehearsing and this dinner was the icing on the cake. Thank you guys. I will add that when I went it was cash only but that wasn't an issue.
My friend and I travelled up to Brighton for the day and before we left we googled best fish and chips near me and hot Jenny’s as our first result. So we went to Jenny’s and they were just about to shut, we ordered their last cod and chips and they even threw in a pie for free! It was sooo nice! Nex
Have been a regular here for many years. Everything is cooked to order, portions are huge, fish is fresh as can be. The owner is friendly and generous. One word of warning: go early - they sometimes close early when they run out of fish
We ate here on the recommendation of our Airbnb host and wasn't disappointed. Nice cooked to order Cod and plenty of chips. The mushy peas were just ok, very watery and overly sweet?? Staff are really friendly and chatty. Definitely eat here again when in Brighton
My favourite chippy, and the very best one, too! Quality is consistently excellent, plus the prices are very competitive. Keep up the great work, Chris! I'll be by again next week, for my weekly dose of your great fish and chips!
The fish was lovely, the chips were a bit greasy, not crisp. A bit more expensive than I would like, but probably down to stock prices. They may do well to have a veggie option. N.B. cash only.
Friendly, tasty, speedy, great value fish and chips. They've sorted us out with many delicious suppers over the years, highly recommended!
Have been going to this shop for many years. Very friendly staff, and Chris even knows what I like to order! I drive past other Fish and Chip shops, to come to this one, because this one is so much better! Excellent quality food and at a great price! Why go anywhere else!!
What great fish and chips, generous portions and a great half of free range chicken portion so tasty. I definitely recommend this chippy. PS the proprietor makes his own curry sauce awesome!
