Wonderful little cafe in the heart of the lanes. Reasonable prices, perfect seating inside and outside, sometimes even on the roof. Good, decent food. Lovely staff, would recommend for a nice little breakfast/lunch
Staff are super friendly, genuinely as well. Loved their advice on coffee blends and it seems you can get a variety for only a little extra. Chose the Black Pearl and Rwanda guest blend, was tasty. Milk blended to a creamy texture and a delicious taste. They do sandwiches here for about a fiver and
One of the best coffee I've ever had. The atmosphere and team were great. PS: Don't forget try their Nutella coffee
My fave cafe in Brighton. On the last visit I managed to get up to the Terrace as its always busy! Yay. Delicious and well presented food. Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere and I love the art on the walls. The whole building is beautiful, but I love open brick. I pretty much always have the sam
Beautifully presented and intensely flavoursome food and coffee. Not cheap but worth every Penny. My only gripe would be I’d have liked a hot breakfast and not a warm one. But the array of flavours and textures tantalising my tongue this was soon relegated to a minor concern.
I would recommend the green monkey blend! It’s so good!! I would also recommend their pancakes (both the raspberry one and the bacon and eggs one)! They had really good eggs here! 10/10 recommend
Lovely place with very friendly staff! Breakfast was very good. Nice roof top terrace. Highly recommended! Definitely will be back
Lovely coffee and great gluten free cake choices. Light meals are amazing too, all in the North Lane District of Brighton
Very tasty food but a bit on the pricey side for me. You do get what you pay for though, nice as a treat. I have dietary requirements and the staff were very helpful.
First time in there. Had a Black Pearl espresso and was blown away. The flavours packed into that shot, so good. Love like when I first kissed Fucia Burton under the chestnut tree. Well done.
Nice experience Roastery and specialty coffee Worth a visit
Amazing options for brunch and coffee. It took a long time to get the food (over 40 mins), however the staff told me when ordering it would take a while.
Breezed through here the other day for a quick breakfast and had the vegan and gluten free porridge with “fruit compote”. While it was tasty, it was a massive portion that I couldn’t finish and the fruit compote was actually raspberry conserve. In addition I agree with some other reviews, this is on
This place has yummy cakes and great coffee. There was a great selection of gluten free cakes. I had a slice of the bakewell tart and it was delicious. I also spied other customers dishes and the eggs looked amazing. The decaf coffee with oat milk also tasted great. It was very busy when we visited
Good coffee, nice ambience right at North Laine. Had chai latte, dirty chai latte and banana bread. Latte was really good, banana bread was okay. We could have ordered more food but the wait time for food was more than 30 mins. But it was worth sipping a coffee in the sun here. Prompt service and hu
