My experience at this Hotel for 4 days was absolutely delightful, thanks to Laura and her incredible team. Every breakfast felt like a warm welcome, setting a perfect start to each day. Although we had two separate bookings, which meant we couldn't stay in the same room on the final day, Laura went above and beyond to ensure a seamless transition. She made sure we checked into our second room the moment it was ready and even graciously offered complimentary parking on our last day. The kindness and efficiency of the staff here made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

The breakfast bar at the Holiday Inn in Brighton, UK, is a delightful experience, thanks to the exceptional staff. Georgina, Raphael, and Chris go above and beyond to ensure guests start their day with a smile. Their friendliness is contagious, making you feel right at home. The food is nothing short of amazing, with a variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Moreover, the seating arrangement is thoughtfully designed, providing comfort and a perfect view to enjoy your meal. It's the attention to detail and warm hospitality that truly sets this breakfast bar apart.

I was booked into this hotel by my employer so that I could attend a training course nearby. On my arrival on the 15th April I was warmly greeted at reception and my request to have a room that was in the quietest part of the building and with a bath was met with enthusiasm and eagerness to help make my stay as delightful and pleasant as possible. The room was indeed VERY quiet and had a lovely bathroom. Due to certain allergies I am limited by what foods I could eat but the duty manageress, the restaurant staff and the chef again were all eager to help me and were able find a solution. The service I received was exceptional Thank for making my stay memorable and enjoyable. Best wishes, Marc Dean

Better than what I expected it to be. Friendly staff and lovely location , which was away from the nightlife but not too far from local attractions, beach front and high street. Most main attractions are a 10-15min walk at most, and I would opt to support local councils cab service if you can do! Like the other reviews suggest, they need to sort that lift out. Lucky there is 2 lifts in total, but I didn’t even use it much because our room was on the 1st floor. We didn’t get a beach view room, but I wish I did now. Rooms are ok, you won’t need to expect much as you will be out most of the time. I would need to comment that I wish room maintenance took place in the early afternoon rather than offering us to tidy the room in the late afternoon - early evening.

I went with my 2 children for our annual Easter mini break to Brighton. Thought we'd try Holiday Inn for a change. All 3 of us are neurodiverse, and the staff were helpful and friendly from beginning to end. Room was very good, clean and beds comfy. Only problem was most of the plug sockets didn't work. Absolutely amazing breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

We had a side room but we could still see the beach. The room was very nice, the bed was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was small, but adequate the breakfast was very good, anything you could think of, and it's unlimited. I had full English and would recommend to all to try. The staff were very friendly and always done anything we needed straight away, eg, extra pillows. Parking is under the hotel easy access, and they have limited disabled spaces at the front of the hotel. Everything is within walking distance, you are opposite the old Pier, and only a few hundred yards from the British Airways Eye. There is plenty to see and do with the pier not far away. So many good restaurants and cafés

We were picked as the “Guest of the Day” and got moved to a nicer hotel by the sea. The room is big, but the windows are a bit drafty and could use some work. The staff, especially at the front desk and breakfast area, are very friendly. There’s plenty of parking in the basement, but just a heads-up: if your car is taller than 1.88 meters, it might not fit.

Nice hotel, friendly staff as always at a Holiday Inn. Parking under the hotel which is really convenient. Good rooms but could do with a refresh, perfectly clean and acceptable, just a little dated now.

We took a family trip here for my daughters 13th birthday. The staff were friendly and professional and they made so much effort to make my daughters time there special. Laura arranged balloons and snacks in the room for my children as well complimentary birthday pancakes for my daughters birthday breakfast. The location is great with views of the sea. Parking is easy and convenient. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Brighton.

The room is getting tired, and lots of rooms have no bathtub any more. And the TV is tiny for today's standard. I had a connection room, unfortunately the next door neighbour was a family with one or two very noisy child/children, they kept making noise until midnight or later. However that being said, the staff in this hotel are all very nice. And there is a coffee machine that doesn't work very well in the room (very little coffee can be made with one cycle) . Would I return? I guess it eeill depend on price. For the room I had, I think doubletree offers a better deal after their renovation.

Excellent customer service. Staff is very helpful. Hotel is very tidy and has all the essentials. Great location. Sea views available. But if you are disabled with a car. You don't usually stand a chance of parking. Although there are several disabled parking in the front of hotel. All the vans park on there and many overnight without any badges.
