Very friendly staff, delicious food, slightly expensive. 11 pounds for a salad is too much.

No one expects a fine dining experience in a shopping centre but the food is always very tasty and fresh. The service cannot be faulted.

Tasty food and friendly staff.
However, we felt forgotten and had to ask for the food we ordered as people who came after us were being served.
It would be nice if they also adapt the new menu where they include the calories per meal
Had coffees while catching up with friends, plenty of seating area, coffee was good, I didn't try any food but it looked good
I have been here several times and I like it a lot : the staff are friendly and helpful and there is a pleasant, unrushed atmosphere . But - this time I had fish and chips - and the fish was sitting on top of the peas - so - very difficult to cut up - I mentioned it to the waitress : afterwards
I had salmon pasta which was great for £8 , so for a quick lunch I would recommend so I'm gonna give this a 5 star
We have been to Italian Kitchen many, many times, sometimes for a meal or snack and other times just for a drink. The menu is quite varied and they do a kids' one.
