Recently refurbed with a new chef at the helm this place is outstanding. Attentive service, local ingredients, outstanding brunches. I look forward to trying their new tasting menu which launches in July apparently. Best breakfast/ brunch I have had for a while and a great addition to the North Lain
5 * for this gem. Staff great, attentive good sense of humour, and happy to serve. Food - had a burger with cheese and bacon, it was delicious. Ambience was beautiful and quirky, nice touch with bottle corks. Many more details than what I can mention here. Blue moon beer was served chilled. Cle
We had breakfast. I had the black pudding waffle which I highly recommend, although portions could be larger across the board. The beef and potato dish was a bit dry, it needs some kind of sauce to balance out how salty it is too. I would go again but strongly advise people not to order anything of
Great food and really awesome for a group of 12. Service was amazing and I was happy to see that the wait staff was willing to describe the plethora of wines in greater detail.

Absolutely amazing food! Had the scallops and carpaccio for starters. Both plates were licked clean. Also opted for the duck main and it was one of the best meals of my lifetime. The wine was also incredible. Highly recommend this little gem!

Fantastic wine bar, fantastic food, great atmosphere. Just discovered this place yesterday and will definitely go back. Staff are very friendly. The wine list is fabulous. A real gem in the centre of Brighton.
Went in there earlyish on a Friday (10am or so) and was the first in I think! Spoke to Alex, a very friendly chap who got the chefs to make me what I'd consider a quality homegrown breakfast. Lot of locally sourced ingredients, including the best in-house baked beans I've ever had. After a night o
