Really good service at the cafe but they have unfairly cut back staff and waiting times for a coffee is far too long. Feel sorry for them! Help your staff about M&S!
Some stuff is really expensive, be ready to fall over. There is a budget range. And they are good quality. They have 80 teabags for £1.20, very nice, strong, probably better than PG. Goods are high quality and custom made for m&s. There are some really unique products you won't find elsewhere. Look

I don't shop at M&S, but I popped into this specific store because I was close by. The store had a very calm atmosphere, there was plenty of products in stock and staff members were very polite and helpful. I haven't experienced such a pleasant shopping experience in my life. Well done M&S!!

Generally love Marks and Spencer's. I'm always a bit disappointed with the vegetarian selection. Quite often take part in the special meal deals and often there is no vegetarian selection or the one or two options that are there are very underwhelming.

We really like visiting the cafe at M & S. There's a good selection, and always made to an excellent standard! The drinks are great, too, and all at competitive prices. Really glad to have the cafe back, so we can enjoy being treated!! ☺️

Great place to buy quality food. Free parking and you'll need a pound coin for a trolley. Cafe serves good coffee and hot food and there is a self checkout in addition to the normal tills. There is also a customer toilet at the back of the store.
I didn't use the mens toilet on my visit today because the toilet pan last week was disgusting. It was the same the previous week. I should have reported it.
Apart from that the cappuccino was excellent as was the products that we purchased.

Large supermarket, good wines selection. You can pretty much get all M&S food lines here. Plenty of room for comfortable social distancing if that concerns you, and plenty of parking spaces. This is my go-to M&S.
By far my favourite car park in Brighton. It's big enough to accomodate my horse and cart plus they have hay bales and water which is very thoughtful. A few too many cars for my liking but otherwise A+.
