Really good service at the cafe but they have unfairly cut back staff and waiting times for a coffee is far too long. Feel sorry for them! Help your staff about M&S!
Some stuff is really expensive, be ready to fall over. There is a budget range. And they are good quality. They have 80 teabags for £1.20, very nice, strong, probably better than PG. Goods are high quality and custom made for m&s. There are some really unique products you won't find elsewhere. Look else for the loss leader fruit for 65p near entrance. However it's not my weekly shop, I will still pick aldi, as their stuff is very good as well, but a different experience. Seriosuly, pound for a trolley...not customer friendly.
Can't give 5 if I compare to other supermarkets. Its a solid 4 though.

Great store with an excellent choice of good quality food. Exactly what you would expect from Marks & Spencer’s.
The choice of plant based products makes it one of my favourite places now.
Some products seem to have a very short use by dates so check carefully. That’s the only fault.
Staff are friendly and helpful and plenty of on site parking.
Very helpful staff, though not easy to find any who could help with locating items. Good selection but limited for Vegan products. Good quality food.
I don't shop at M&S, but I popped into this specific store because I was close by. The store had a very calm atmosphere, there was plenty of products in stock and staff members were very polite and helpful. I haven't experienced such a pleasant shopping experience in my life. Well done M&S!!
It might not look much from outside, but actually this is a really nice M&S Food store.

Generally love Marks and Spencer's. I'm always a bit disappointed with the vegetarian selection. Quite often take part in the special meal deals and often there is no vegetarian selection or the one or two options that are there are very underwhelming.
Having said all that bakery always has a nice selection of fresh bread and I'm always able to find something special for a treat or birthday
We really like visiting the cafe at M & S. There's a good selection, and always made to an excellent standard! The drinks are great, too, and all at competitive prices. Really glad to have the cafe back, so we can enjoy being treated!! ☺️
