We get our home delivered pizzas from this place, and have for many years, the permanent BOGOF offer makes them competitive, and they're always delivered promptly and are tasty. We had a problem with our order last night (the first time we've had a problem with SOBS), I rang them, they dealt with it very quickly and efficiently. I see dealing with a problem properly as the mark of good customer service. Very happy to 100% recommend SOBS 7 Dials pizzas. We've never ordered a kebab from here, so cannot comment on their kebabs, but having read some of their other reviews I find the negative ones hard to believe, maybe there's a culture with fast food delivery firms to write negative reviews against each other. Not justified against SOBS.
