We use this takeaway chicken shop quite often and most of the time receive a good service and food is mostly hot when served to us but we do eat in the shop which has three tables and chairs to eat in if you like.
However we have had a few issues with the waiting time due to staff being more interes

Have used Chicks for well over a decade. I see recently subtle changes to the menu have occurred and it’s good stuff. They’re a local favourite of mine thanks to their great value and speedy delivery. Long may it continue!
I discovered chicks about a month ago when i heard it had been placed under new management. Best chicken shop in the area and the pizzas are always great as well. Would definitely recommend trying the peri peri options as well. Never had a problem with bad service either.

Been eating at chicks for a while now honestly best chicken shop in Brighton, staff very friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. You need to try the vanilla milkshake!
Recently I've ordered pizzas from their and it arrives very quick and it is still hot upon arrival. plus, I really like the buy 1 get 1 free pizza, that is like a really cool promotion!! will definitely order from them again.

I recently ate here and was very impressed
The food was great, as was the service. The (I assume) owner looked after us very well. The starters we had (halloumi, prawns with hummus, bread and other meze bits) were very nice indeed.
