The venue overall was good but the igloo we were in for our meal felt a little cramped and door didn't shut fully. Temperature outside was -2 and we did feel it even with the heater on! Food, again overall good but the steak Pasta Ragu was a little underwhelming and not as hot temp wise as was expected. Was warned prior that the meat portion wasn't great and true enough, it wasn't! Service however was impeccable with lovely student from America taking our orders and serving up, making our evening stay a little more enjoyable with good, friendly banter!
While exploring the Lanes, we discovered this restaurant. The outside space, featuring a fountain and igloo-like pods, offered a cozy and enchanting atmosphere. We dined in one of the igloos, much to the kids' delight. The food was enjoyable, satisfying everyone, with the Mackrell salad deserving special mention. While the staff was exceptionally friendly and cheerful, we noticed a bit of inattentiveness, perhaps this was related to the number of guests to serve, as the place got busy. Nonetheless, we had a fabulous overall experience and can't wait for our next visit!
5/5!!! Where to even begin? Me and my 3 friends came here for our New Year’s Eve dinner and it did not disappoint. Food was spectacular and the staff were amazing, so attentive and generous. One of the waiters Joseph was amazing made us laugh our heads off and the Manager was anything you could ask for whilst also being super busy! Amazing dinner for those special occasions. Will be back very soon.

Really comfortable interior 🛋️, with a well thought through arrangement of seating areas 👌🏽 ranging from living room style sofa corners, to diner-esque tables and 1:1 tables as well.
The staff that served us was super lovely. We had a little spillage and without question the person serving us got us replacement cappuccinos ☕
Drinks and atmosphere here are great. The service is friendly, but a bit slow. However, I don't like the mandatory 12.5 per cent tip added to every bill. The business should pay its employees a living wage. I like to leave a tip as a thank you for excellent service, not as a requirement.
A beautiful restaurant and delicious food! We decided to sit inside as it was late on a Saturday night but during the day the outside space would definitely be a nice option! As a vegetarian I would have liked more options on the menu but the burger was still amazing. Our waitress was lovely and it was all round a great night!
Food always fabulous. Called yesterday Sunday lunchtime. What made this visit beyond fabulous were the staff. What a brilliant team. Friendly, smiley and really helpful. The young staff who served the outdoor pod yesterday, bravo, you made the experience brilliant, even for my very fussy soon to be 80 year old mum. Thank you

Great atmosphere. The food is okay. Not the best but good enough to warrant the price you pay. The atmosphere definitely surpasses the food. Worth experiencing. Their ice cream is really good though.
We popped in for an afternoon cocktail & snack. The atmosphere was lovely & relaxing, the vibe very chill. The cocktails we had were very good & I would highly recommend. We had some buttermilk fried chicken & olives for snacks & both I couldn't fault. Would recommend if you're in the area.

Considering this is in The Lanes which is renowned for being small establishments in little nooks and crannies and narrow passageways, this place is huge! Fantastic staff, very attentive, always service with a smile.
I love that you can order and pay for drinks from your table via a QR code. You can peruse the full menu, order again, view the total and even split the bill with the rest of your party, all without the awkwardness of a member of staff standing there taking countless different payments from everyone. They do include a service charge (even just when having drinks) as they seat you at a table, depending on whether you're dining or just having drinks. Plus they deliver your drinks to you and they can take orders at your table. I think the service charge is a little steep though as other places do this at no charge and Coppa's drinks prices are already pretty high.
We really enjoyed our amaretto sour and whisky sour. Both vegan, too.
We have visited many times and we do really like it here. Plus they have a gorgeous fire place, fancily operated by remote control!
Coppa Club is more of a high end place and we always feel welcome here.

Nice place for a drink or something to eat - the igloos out front are a nice touch. One minor complaint is that they add the service charge on the bill automatically, even for a couple of quick drinks...... I know a lot of places do it but I'd really rather have the choice!
