They have the best ice cream around hands down! They have new flavors and all are delicious. You want options? Go here! The only down fall is that alot of the workers are very young and sometimes they spend more time talking inside than fixing your ice cream. Side conversations are high and service could be a little better. They are young and just need to be taught and I'm sure it could improve! Overall 5 stars!

The frozen custard is literally the best and beats ice cream hands down. They always have chocolate and vanilla (and the chocolate is amazing) but call or check the website for flavors of the day. And get Strawberry if they have it!

I love the way Ritters looks. The vibe, the feeling, is awesome. Their banana split is decent and the energy of the location is nice. But- the taste was nothing particularly special, I felt like I could get the same thing anywhere else.. Nevermind the fact that they got my order very wrong. Mistakes happen, I was just a bit disappointed overall. Probably won't be back- but will admire the appearance always. Best wishes 👍🏻

This facility has a great hometown feel and if you are looking for that kind of experience this is the place to visit with your family. The staff is very kind and the ice cream is very tasty and there is a large variety of items to choose from on their menu.

Vanilla cone was icy... again. Yes large chunks of foul tasting ice and cone crumbs (or something).
Same issue last year. Management said they'd fix it and did for a while. Crew must have forgotten.
This never happened at the Farmington store. Bad experience since moving to Brighton.
Culver's is just up the road. Go there.
