The best service and food we've had in years, so refreshing! It was very busy but the staff didn't miss a beat. From the host who greeted us, our waitress Elizabeth and the other three people who refilled our beverages and brought our food. We watched the communication and team work between them all helping each other take care of the customers and the food was delicious. Wow, great job!! Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Food was good, waitress was very polite. Received my food as the rest of my family was finishing theirs, and we received our 1 appetizer 10 minutes after the meals were delivered. The waitress took the time to apologize and admitted it was her mistake for my food not being rang into the register, which is a big deal to me. Her honesty and integrity were very much appreciated.

Normally everything is really good; food, service, cleanliness. This time? There was old food crusted between the tables, two plates were dirty but they are replacing the pancakes that were on the dirty plate. The food was pretty good, though. And our waitress was super nice and attentive!

The food is always great! I love coming here.
Their staff has always been friendly and personable with out being intrusive. Really make it an enjoyable trip.
The one thing I wish for is that the website was more reliable for hours. But, I think this has only been an issue of the covid times.

My breakfast was great. Senior 2x2x2 was perfect for me. Hubby had a ham and cheese omelet. He was disappointed. Very small for the cost..non senior..he's younger. Drinks expensive. I believe 3.50 a soft drink. Will order water next time. Service was very good.

I’m giving three stars because the service itself has been typically quite good. Ray and the others are great. They loose the two stars because of this: a few months ago they never brought my food, but brought everyone else’s and then finally realized after we were sitting there that I still hadn’t gotten mine (waitress was missing entire time and someone else brought out the food)
Then again, we went as a couple and my requests were basically ignored. Didn’t get iced coffee. Received a dish that was similar, but not what I was pointing at on the menu when I was ordering and making sure to be quite specific. Again, barely ever saw the waitress.
Then AGAIN, ordered and my bf got everything he ordered. I just got my pancakes. It took forever to get the rest of my food after multiple people claimed it was coming right out. Finally saw the waitress who is very nice, but noticeably absent most of the time checked again. Ran out of coffee, asked for more, still waiting. Finally got everything.
I just want to emphasize that there is something wrong in the kitchen here. Food is decent. Service is great, just stretched too thin. But geez.

This review is based on my take out experience. Up until recently it's been a nice play to pickup breakfast for my mom who is in caretel. This past week was absolutely a nightmare. 30 minute expected ready times for breakfast turned into 45min to 1 hour. Holidays are tough and everyone currently has staffing issues so understand. The orders, placed online, at least were accurate. Today the online ordering wasn't working so I called in. There were request made for no tomatoes and onions on a spinach mushroom omelette, came with everything. It happens. Called told them I needed it made right asap (moms picky eater). Get there and it looks OK, then we open it and the inside is filled to the brim with onions AND green peppers, and now no mushrooms. Why peppers only god knows. I called to explain I was disappointed based on this past week and prob wouldn't return. The manager attempted to keep me on the phone with physical therapy there for my mom, no she didn't get to eat before. When I said I had to go she said she'd call me back, never heard from her. Also the only person ever near the register is a poor hostess who can't use it, so she unfairly has to deal with this nonsense. There are some wonderful people working there, including the hostess & another manager who had always been helpful. This was as ridiculous of experience as I've had with a chain restaurant in quite sometime. Moral is eat at restaurant if your going, do not order over the phone, only internet. If u do pay there have 15/20 extra minutes available with the understanding the hostess can only seat you or go find someone. And donot expect a remake of food incorrectly done to be remade any different.
