2nd time in a month I went to the store and it was CLOSED with No Sign,.
It was only around 4:30 in the afternoon, wth ???
Plus, they are pricing themselves out of the market, $9.75 for a Regular Sub?

It's Jimmy John's... The same as all the rest. Sliced wheat is the way to go if you are trying to get an ok deli sandwich.

Used them today to have lunch delivered to my Girlfriend while she was at work. It was purchased at 1130 and wasn't delivered until after 1pm. "Freaky Fast" Ha!

Quick, accurate service. The staff are very friendly. The store is clean.

Everything online indicates this store being open until 7PM tonight, yet when I came through the drive through at 6PM nobody was here. Nobody answered the phone either. All there was, was a notice on the door saying "due to staffing issues, the lobby is closed".
Not sure what's going on but this was a tad annoying.

Terrible delivery. I've ordered from here twice now. The first time they just gave my food to "a woman" (thats what they actually told me) and didn't know who she was so I couldn't even ask around for my order. The second time - right now as I type this - the driver has already been out for 30 minutes and is currently 15 minutes late with my food. I was told that it could be another 15-30 minutes to get here still. I told the manager that I am on my lunch time and this won't leave me any time to eat and he didn't care at all. Don't order from them unless you want your order to be given to an unknown stranger or don't actually want to eat your soggy food.
