We had a catering order for 35 due at 1:00 pm on Saturday. We arrived at 12:45. Store was closed to customers but side door was open. We were told order wasn’t even close to being done. Wouldn’t give estimate. Another customer had order for 100 people that was due at 12.30. As of 1:30 he still hasn’t been told when his order will be done. Two employees walked out, one said Good Luck to us on way out. Spoke to young lady working, she was in tears saying she was doing the best job she could. Said management was no help. Should have checked reviews before we ordered. I will never visit a Chipotle again.

Be wary of online ordering. I placed an order and when I went to pick it up, I was told their system was down and that I would have to get a refund using the automated system on Chipolte.com. The good news is that the system was fairly intuitive and it only took me a few minutes to get the refund.

Got a chicken burrito. Sure am glad I had rice put in because without the rice it would have been empty. Couple pieces of what I think was chicken. Didn't look or taste like chicken. Will not be ordering there ever again. Building was clean and workers ver friendly.

6 people working. Nobody doing a thing. Food was empty. Filthy tables. Asked for a bowl with white rice- put the crumbs left in the empty container in my bowl- said no thank you I’ll go to Qdoba. Walked in- 3 people working / nice and clean. Ordered , got out in 5 min and was worth the money. Take notes people. Customer service and atmosphere speak volumes.

As usual, they didn't have fajita mix. I keep giving Chipotle a chance but they keep disappointing me. The new chicken option is pretty good though. Update....they still didn't have fajita mix.

Employees are great. Food quality sometimes great and sometimes poor.
The place says it’s open at certain time and when you get to the location it’s closed.
Happened three times already. It closes at 10pm and got here at 9pm and it’s closed already.
Update your open hours accurately please.

We had a catering order for a grad party an HOUR before the party they closed the store because the manger cussed out his employees and they all left not worth your money to have the stress. If so order from a different location😡
