Little Caesars

Hungry truck driver here! As I was walking in the manager was walking out helping a customer with like 10 boxes of pizzas 😁. So I'm thinking to myself this must be the place! Madison and his boss Craig I think that was his name really hook me up with this beautiful supreme thin crust thanks guys anyone wanting some good pizza here they're super quick!

Store Manager informed me I can no longer order deepdeep dish via the app because of a shortage in crust. But if I call and listen to the message about how I should be ordering with the app and wait on hold until I finally get a human, I can place an order for exactly what I want including a deepdeep dish. What kind of service is that? Also, I liked using the app because it would alert you to when the order was ready and use the pizza portal for a quick pickup. Now it tells you that you have to inside to the counter for your order because the portal has been busted for weeks. I've also emailed corporate twice through the customer service form to inform them of these issues and they've never bothered to reach back out to me. Little Caesar's has never had the best pizza but I like the convenience and price. Now the convenience is gone and they just upped their prices. What a shame.

Pizza have been very thin lately. Definitely trying to cut cost even though price went up. The pizza portal didn't work the last two times and my pizza was never made. Took over an hour to get a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread/sauce. About 6 kids working and zero pizzas available. Hit or miss lately

We went there tonight - the busiest pizza night of the year - the day before Thanksgiving. The young lady at the counter was absolutely nice and efficient. There were a lot of people there! She handled everything perfect. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our hot and ready - but that was expected. Give that girl a raise - excellent customer service. She had a smile and wished every person a Happy Thanksgiving. Pizza was fresh and good.
