Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Good experience here. We were greeted immediately after entering and taken to our seats. Server Rico greeted us moments later and took our drink orders. He was great with suggestions and the help we needed. Food was brought out in a reasonable amount of time, warm and correct. The food was good. Rico was a great server and made the experience even better.

Placed online order for this location and received call from store saying that part of the kitchen was closed and they couldn't grill any hamburgers. Apparently only the deep fryer was working and that limited their menu. This was at 11:30 in the morning. I understand stuff happens but as Red Robin is known for their burgers, I decided to cancel the order and change my lunch plans. The host said she "thought" she could do the refund and would get it done. She didn't seem very confident but I had no other choice but to trust them that they would get it done. Unsurprisingly I didn't get a refund on my credit card statement. Not worth my time calling customer service to fight for a $24.49 refund.

We received rotten apples as my kids side. It wasn't just 1 it was 4/5. Good customer service would have been having the manager apologize when bringing out the replacement apples, yet that didn't happen. I saw the manager make a few laps... so it's not like he wasn't present. The only women who looked to enjoy her job was a taller female with a bun. The women's bathroom was very clean which was appreciated.

I understand they are busy. I understand they are probably understaffed due to COVID. But the call center to call and order food was horrible since it's almost impossible to get to talk to an actual human (obviously this isn't this location's fault but the rest was). We were given a time that food would be ready, and after waiting more than half an hour after that time (at least an hour total wait) we had to ask about it multiple times before they finally brought out the food. Then, the order was incorrect, burgers were mediocre and not done completely or correctly, we got the wrong drinks and no straws, no napkins, fries were soggy and cold. Another person said she had waited 2 hours to get her food. Never ordering from here again, the food is not good enough to be worth the hassle.
