Heidi's Brooklyn Deli

We just ate here for the first time, and I am not a sandwich fan, but this was the most amazing sandwich and experience of customer service I have EVER had at a restaurant! Wow! The man took care of us like no other. He let us try all sorts of things and all of it is wonderful! The salmon melt, tried the coleslaw, potato salad, egg salad, chicken salad, and that spicy Cajun sauce! Just WHOA! I love this place! We will be back. A bit pricey but totally worth it. A new out of town pit stop from here on out!

First time here and we were very happy with the quality of the sandwich. The meat was good the veges were fresh and aside from being out of pickles our only complaint was the side. The bags of chips were smaller than the little bags in the vending machines and my side of potatoe salad may have had 2 tablespoons. $13.00 for a sandwich you would expect a larger side. The Italian Sub was good as was the Chicken Salad. We will go back.

Ok. One year ago I did not have a positive experience with Heidi's at the Prairie Center in Brighton. I said I would never go back. My husband wanted to try it for to rave reviews from his co-workers. I reluctantly agreed. And, here I am now with a 5 star review!! This place is amazing! It's a complete 180 degree difference. I was greeted with smiles, the Italian and the Hell's Kitchen sandwiches were Guy Fieri , "off the hook," amazing meats and produce. I dont mind paying a little more when I bite into a sandwich so Heavenly you can hear the Angels sing.

Heidi’s was a great find for us on a recent trip to Brighton Colorado. Tons of fresh hot or cold sandwich options. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Great feel to the place. I got the sandwich “Juliana’s Fav” and was not disappointed. Fantastic hot sandwich with a balsamic dressing. We also ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich that was excellent too. Definitely worth a visit. We will be back next time we visit the area.

Heidi’s is what my Dad & I refer to as our “usual”. We come here so often now; we love it!! I’ve had a variety of different sandwiches & enjoy them all. My Dad said their BLT was the best he has ever had! My favorite is the crab cake- it is so delicious! The staff here are beyond friendly & genuine. Thanks Heidi’s! :) My only negative is that it is a tad pricey...

Ordered a spicy salmon melt with coleslaw and a Reuben sandwich with coleslaw, both accompanied by a berrilicious smoothies and a cookie too. Service 10/10, clean dining room & restroom
