I thought cheese sticks were supposed to be hot and filled with soft cheese. Not hard sticks that feel cold, I can't even pull the sticks apart they are so rubbery.
My husband's strawberry shake is just a vanilla shake with one little squirt of strawberry on top. It isn't even the color pink!! My son's burger was made wrong and to top it off the boy taking orders was rude and did not listen to anything we had to say. And put us on hold for 10 minutes in the middle of our order. The food quality was horrible, the service was a joke and I will never be back or recommend this location to anyone.

Was not happy with the order.. fries were hard and dried out... All I did was walk across the street back to the hotel.. tots were cold..and this was supposed to be the new double grilled cheese burger... A double.. what meat?.. it was cold too..cheese wasn't even melted.. very disappointed..

Twice, my family has ordered ahead from home through the app (large family order) before arriving to this location. Both times we arrived and shortly paid through the app and I received a text confirmation from my bank. We then waited 15 min+ only to find out the order didn't go through and we had to submit the order again. This charged my card twice. A nice employee suggested we called the phone number on the app to get a refund. We like ordering ahead to save everyone (including the restaurant staff) some time. Sonic does not help.

I have been coming to this Sonic, 1-2 times a week, since I moved to Brighton 3 years ago. Lately I've noticed the quality is going down. Tonight I stopped in and they had forgot to put bacon on my SuperSonic double bacon cheeseburgers. I gave one to my wife and it had a long hair on it. Then I opened my classic chicken sandwich and it basically had what might be described as a chicken finger on it(see pic). You get used to the food not looking like the picture on the menu(see pic) but this goes to a whole new level of not caring what you serve to your customer. This disappointed me so much so that It made me lose my appetite. If the quality goes back up I will come back but for now... nope. I'll be watching.

Update: Tonight I was given a burger with moldy bread!
Half my order was missing. I am now out money because they did not give the entire order to the delivery driver. The food that did arrive was cold. Horrible experience.

Came thru and got one of the sour patch kids float. No watermelon only sweetener as the base and very little soft serve and candy pieces.
