Wonderful service. Stopped in for my lunch break. Dining area clean. Loved the friendly employees today. Loved my food had enough to bring home for second helping.
Thanks Jack in the Box employees for having a fast food chain for drivers to stop to eat. Speaking about workers right now because this is what I was doing when I stopped to get a bite of food on my break schedule.

So, the food was good when it came out. Took a long time. The single person who took our order and brought our food out was extremely friendly despite seeming overworked. Coke, root beer and sour dough bread were out of stock. Things happen, I understand this but that seems excessive. I feel like the manager, Angie is slacking and needs to improve on her management skills.

Had breakfast a couple of months ago, food was terrible, cold & nasty. Dining room was filthy, not one clean table, we were the only customers there.
Did the survey on our receipt, was contacted by the district manager, said he would be spending a lot of time at the store to make sure things were better. Said he would mail us his business card & coupon for two free meals. Never got anything.wont be going back

Ordered 2 shakes. Set at the window for 4 minutes they bring me one shake. 5 minutes later come to the window asking me to pull around to the front. Their machine was messed up. Set in the car another 10 min. Go and knock on the window and point to the half full cup. She fills the have thawed out ice cream already in the cup brings it and says sorry. So yeah horrible service. I'd give a "0" if I could. Do better

I usually never take the time to rate any place but this particular Jack in the box restaurant and the woman (Manager) stand out to me in a huge way.
I have been going here for over a year now for personal and Grubhub / Doordash orders and I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with any order I placed or picked up.
The manager has went above and beyond to make sure that I haven’t had any issues with my food. I mean I have yet too receive cold food in any way shape or form!!
With many other restaurants closing early without notice and personally dealing with angry managers / employees at every other restaurant I go to, it has been awesome knowing I can depend on this restaurant to have orders ready.
I couldn’t do what you guys do especially with impatient customers cussing and yelling when it’s so obvious to anyone that you guys are short handed and extremely busy.
I have yet to see any employee standing around not working at your store which is rare.
Just want to say to the workers and especially the one person (Manager) who makes this whole stressful epidemic much easier to deal with and also for making the food that you make and doing what you do every day.

Update: I was told to contact this company through their website to get a response. I did and still haven't heard back from them. Apparently they don't value customers. All my contact info is up to date.
Does not open at 7am. I drive truck and have been waiting here for 12 mins past opening

I don't know if I'm ousting anyone but I love the sausage burrito here. Seems like it gets freestyled all the time. Queso cheese with taco sauce (whaaaaat), another time a crazy amount of eggs, then there was a Frankenstein hash brown they dumped in there like they were shooting for the trash. But it landed on my tortilla and they said "Screw it, roll it up!"
Meanwhile I'm rolling through the drive through just thinking I like to party.

Omg...... they can never hear the customers and the customers can never hear them because the radio is always broken. Repeated my order three times before she heard it all. Then the woman couldn't figure out how to open the drive through window. And we had to wait at the drive through window for ever for food.... there was no one else there ! Lastly food was all wrong, cold and old. My cheeseburger was old, cold and hard. They had flipped it over and put a new piece of cheese on it thinking it would be fine. Disgusting! Would avoid if I were you.
