I went to buy some burgers and all i heard was discussions between employees and also they have to raise their quality on how they make their burgers because they left one of my burgers like the image and I believe they need to be more aware how the assemble the burger.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through 3rd in line and only one car had their order in? Employee jumping and peeking over the brick wall while laughing told me enough to remove myself from even dreaming of ordering. Drive 30 minutes to another fast food restaurant. Not sure what was happening in there. 4//8/22 6pm
I’d wait until they get a new crew before trying again. And to add the person who got their order in still had no food after 10 minutes

What a great experience I had at store 2409. I was on a Daddy Daughter with my three year old. The manager Dan Mireles took our order. He was kind and friendly and within about 5 minutes brought our order directly to our table. He saw that it was a special event and brought a BK crown to the table for my daughter. It made her feel special and as an Army Soldier of 21 years, I cherish every moment I have with my children. I know that working in fast food is a thankless job most of the time but this selfless gesture says a lot for the quality people and climate fostered at this location. The food was also fresh and well made and the store was clean and inviting. Thank you BK for making my day!

AWFUL Drive thru service. Management needs to start being picky about the people they hire. People who don't have basic skills in patience and politeness should NOT work in customer service. You don't need a business degree to understand that customers are the SOLE reason for your paycheck. It's a hit or miss on the customer service, I simply go for the food... Burger King's Spicy Ch'king is amazing!!

Wow!!! I just went and the line wasn’t long at all. There was only one other car in the drive thru and I get a chicken sandwich that’s harder than a hockey puck. I’d understand more if it was busy. Everything is usually good but I’m not sure why they thought it was ok to throw a really old chicken patty on a sandwich like that.

This is the 2nd time in a month I've had nothing but horrible service and waited in the drive-through line for over 15 minutes. The worst part was I waited that long to get Mozzarella sticks that were fried to a complete crisp totally unedible. I normally never leave a bad review however this BK has hit rock bottom for me.

Very much a terrible experience. Appearance is everything and the nightshift failed that test. If you have dirty fingernails and I ask you to please make sure to wear gloves when making my food - it's because if your fingernails are gross then you don't wash your hands... not because I want to be rude just want a clean meal.

Got there with my sister, great niece and my two granddaughters. Opened the door and was spotted out by an employee and told the dining room was closed - even though there was a large family in the dining room eating. Wouldn't come back to this location if I was paid to do so. If I could give 0 stars - I would have.
