Mcdonald's

Such a sweet girl at the register! Helpful and brought our meal to us while we were still sitting. Which also shows how quickly the food was ready. Hit and delicious. Very clean bathroom and dining as well. They were out of mild sauce and the espresso machine was down. But that is more manager/corporate and not at all shocking. 😂 It's not easy being perfect!

Nice clean facilities. Very busy as it was a Saturday night. I waited at the counter several minutes before I was noticed. I ordered a medium shake with I assume was the manager. Well when he made it and put whipped cream on top he noticed there was a hair on the cover. He tossed it and made another on the house. Now that's customer service, these days that's hard to find. I would recommend this McDonald's without hesitation

The evening staff are rude and unprofessional. To start our food was initially given to the vehicle in front of us and when they realized they had the driver give them back the food and drinks. I asked for my receipt and the window attendant said he couldn't find it and needed another worker to print it off. Instead of trying to figure out how to print from pos system he was busy playing around with the other workers. The first window that accepted my money didn't offer my receipt. The quarter pounder was raw the fries cold/stale and our deluxe chicken sandwich was thrown together very messy in its container.

The fries 🍟 🍔 which I special ordered to ensure they were fresh and hot were cold and stale as can be! The chicken sandwich 🥪 I ordered was also stale and cold! So out of the dozens of McDonalds I've been to across the country in about 28 states as well as Canada this is the one of 2 that have been sad 😭 disappointments! Gotta do better folks. Sorry I couldn't leave a better review!

I've been to this location several times. It seems like they always have some sort of issue. They have forgotten items out of my order, they have forgotten to bring my order to the car after waiting in drive-thru, and today they forgot about me all together when I was dining in. I had to go up and show them I was sitting here for 20+ minutes waiting for my food. Upon finaly getting my order it was still wrong. Despite the lady taking my receipt. The staff was pleasant Despite ignoring me while standing at the pick up counter for several minutes. I'd beg McDonald's corporate to audit this store more often or more at random. I think it may just be case of bad management here at this location.

I’m at this McDonald’s nearly every other day! Some of the employees have excellent customer service and the other don’t. That’s expected at a fast food joint! If my order is messed up they are more than willing to make it right. There’s one employee that made me want to write this review. Her name is Shayla? I don’t know how to spell it lmao. All I got was a drink and she brought to the first window so I didn’t have to wait! I have never had anything bad to say about this place (:
