Overpriced and complacent. Wait staff service lady was lovely, however the rest left a lot to be desired. A smile doesn't cost anything.... just saying. The cost of a large coffee with alternate milk was a bit high even for Brighton's standards. What was also a shock is that even with the purchase of a large coffee that they then also charge for a baby chino. $2 for maybe 30-50ml of milk. Laughable. And no discount for keep cups, we are saving you as a business money, surely you could pass back some of that to the customer and encourage the use of reusable cups. In my opinion, you need to do better, and you can easily make some environmentally appreciated changes.

Grabbed my bacon & egg roll and a coffee this morning, saw that the guys were obviously under the pump with orders so it took a few minutes longer than usual. No problem. I can’t imagine what hospitality staff are going through at the moment so i was more than happy to wait two minutes instead of throwing a tantrum like some! :)

Had lunch last Saturday with Girlfriend who had never visited This cafe before. I had, once with grandson and then with Small group. We both rated the service and food great... probably one of Bay Streets best local eating and meeting Hangouts. I had vegetarian toastie .. the coffee was good. Friend Suggested we sweeten with Some herb that made capuccino alternative. Hope to go again soon. Love ❤️ it!!

It really is the best coffee on Bay Street!!!! Who is this blonde woman that all these Brighton Karen’s have their knickers in a knot about? I’ve been going to little sister for 2 years now and the service from the team at the cafe is amazing!!! Never seen this blonde woman? The team are funny and engaging and love to have a laugh with their customers!!!! They always give great service even when they are under the pump and busy!!! Alisha is the best Barista in Brighton!!!!! She should get an extra added cash Karen payment!!! Best Coffee in Brighton!!!

Little sister was such a cute cafe! The customer service was so warm and inviting as well which matched the cute interior. We ate the granola bowl and the waffles! They were perfect dishes!!!! :) we also enjoyed a chai latte, a regular latte, the nutty monkey smoothie (YUM) and the very berry smoothie! Overall such a fantastic visit will be back! 😍❤️
