During my visit to Brighton, I couldn't help but notice this restaurant as I passed by a couple of times. The colourful burger on display caught my attention, prompting me to give it a try. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, although I did notice they were quite aggressive in their upselling efforts. While some level of upselling is expected, their approach felt a bit more forceful than necessary. As for the food, it was truly delicious. I opted for the aubergine fries, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. They were flavourful and satisfying. The burger, surprisingly made with vegetables, was a pleasant surprise. It had a taste that could easily rival traditional meat-based burgers. However, I couldn't help but notice an excessive amount of spices in the patty. It felt as though the heavy seasoning was used to mask any undesirable flavours, which was a bit unfortunate. In summary, this restaurant in Brighton captured my attention with its vibrant burger, and the food did not disappoint. While the staff's upselling approach was somewhat aggressive, the overall dining experience was enjoyable. The aubergine fries were a standout, and the vegetable-based burger was surprisingly delicious. It's worth noting, though, that the high amount of spices used in the patty seemed to be compensating for other flavours.

Finally tried flower burger yesterday and actually loved it! Its not the cheapest option, the meal was £13 (I got the avo truffle burger which had a mushroom patty, truffle mayo & guac - this was meant to have a green bun but I got a purple one for some reason, but it was really tasty and fresh with spiralised carrots) - dont rate having to pay £1 for sauce but it is what it is. I got breaded aubergines as a side which were lushhhh. Comes with those posh drinks like fentimans/tory fanta etc. It took a little while to make and the guy serving gave us 'chocolate salami' kinda like a tiffin thing which was lush, maybe to apologise for the wait, which was sweet. But its nice its all made fresh! We got a cute keyring too. Twas too hot to eat in the store so went to pav gardens - its also really empty in there which is a shame, the atmosphere just isnt quite right

I had so many burgers from this place I felt like I needed to leave a review. First of all when you go inside you are greeted by friendly staff and a really cool atmosphere. The vegan burgers are one of the best I've tried personally and they are also more healthy than the junk versions like beyond meat etc. Not greasy at all and it doesn't leave me feeling nauseous after it. Well done, will be back for sure.

Great restaurant and lovely food. It's a shame that they were using single use cutlery and single use cups. Completely unnecessary and not good enough

There is no Justine in the world when this establishment is quiet and Pop Eyes opposite is chock full of customers. Show some love for the food here, it is fantastic! I have no qualms with vegan food if it tastes better than the competition and that’s exactly what I got here. So, get yourself over for the bright vibes and scrumptious food. Go for the spicy chickpea burger if you find yourself spoilt for choice.

Beautiful food! We’ve eaten at Flower Burger in Italy a few times, and this was our first chance to try a UK branch. Food is gorgeous and fun - never seen my 3 year old eat so much! It *is* a bit pricy though - if it’s your first time there, they have an offer where with the app you can get a discount (plus there’s one for Meat Free Mondays as well I think). I wish they had a kids menu. Can’t wait to go back 😋

Visited flower burger for the first time today, and had a great experience. The stores aesthetic is visually pleasing, and the service was even better. An exciting take on vegetarian alternatives, seasoned well, with bold flavours.

Very nice first experience. I'm not vegan but always happy to try new healthy options Asked to the gentleman at the counter which will be the 1st burger I should try as my first time and recommended Flower Burguer Burguer: Crispy bread on the outside but nice and light on the inside, feels like eating a crispy cloud. Flavour very nice and unable to describe Was so good that kept a little piece to take away for my child to try. Waiter offer me a bag and a also container to take the sauce since I ask for sauce on the side on case didn't like it which hasn't been the case. Packaging to take away was paper and cardboard Potato Wedges: I like fries, not fan of potato Wedges but this ones I really enjoyed them Drink: Lemon & Pink ginger Fentimans. Nice alternative to classic soft drinks General experience: Excellent Waiter very helpful explaining products, attentive but respectful with space, it feel more like a restaurant experience than a fast food one. Happily surprise
