We had a fantastic evening at Ivy Asia. The place is amazing. Service is perfect a food is divine! Was little bit expensive, but for the place and occasion worth every penny. The drinks in the bar and barman’s skills delightful. Highly recommended to visit. Book in advance.

I took my foodie loving 13yo son yesterday as a special treat and that it was! We asked to be seated in the main restaurant rather than the upstairs section and so got the full on experience and glamour plus bustle. Our lovely waitress was brilliantly helpful guiding us through the menu maze (warning, there are a lot of them!). We were going to have 2 set lunches but instead, taking her good advice, we had one, plus 1/2 crispy duck (out of this world) and some side dishes. Highly recommend the popcorn shrimp side. We did in the end have too much food and took some home in a gorgeous provided box. Everything comes tapas style, as it's cooked. It was an brilliant experience and a lovely place to visit 😊

Went here for my anniversary and it was amazing! All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive - even bringing us a small plate of mochi with 'happy anniversary' on. The desert platter was amazing and well worth £35. They recommend 2-3 plates per person but if you're saving room for pudding then 2 is plenty!

The venue is quite outstanding and definitely a major part of the experience with it's oriental decor and under-lit floor. Service was good and friendly as always. The only issue, and this is a very minor complaint, was the food was a little too salty for my liking but portion sizes were good, food came out relatively close together and were easy to share. We've been to restaurants before where they offer this 'tapas' style or service where the food comes out when ready and it's not really been dishes that can be shared, but this worked perfectly. All beautifully cooked and presented and not over-priced, just a smidge salty for me, but not enough to put me off.

The ivy Asia is an amazing experience. It has one of the best atmospheres of any restaurant. Beautifully decorated, well organised and great music. Lighting is not the best but that fits with the atmosphere. The service is very good, you’re introduced at the front and guided to your seats, and the menu is explained nicely. Food comes out at a good pace and it is eloquently presented. Some dishes are very unique and innovative with their style and presentation. The food itself tastes really good, and is full of flavour. Each bite tastes amazing. We had a wide variety of dishes. They serve mock-tails which are refreshing and a few teas which warm oneself up. They have a few halal options at this particular branch. I think this restaurant is very good for a celebration or an event as it is extremely pricey. This is the reason for the 4 star for me as nothing in particular would drive me to come back. Parking is also very difficult. Good experience for a one time event. Glad I went.

The ambience had a nice touch of Asian theme, two thumbs up for their service, however, in some respects their quality of rice needs improvement. Given the price tag, the rice should be atleast JASMINE RICE level of standard. The name had 'Asia' in it so you would expect quality rice to be served. Value for money. Overall, we had a lovely time and yummy foodtrip.

Outstanding fusion food in a great atmosphere but the service needs a little bit of tweaking. The service staff is attentive and it wasn’t my first time here, but the logic to serve the dish as they are prepared when the sides are being served 10 minutes ahead of the main dish beats my logic and my understanding for cold food. What also surprised me that the service staff didn’t know what has been served or were missing. When we came at 9pm the peak was over…. The food was fantastic and as yummy as it can be. Top notch. Of course it has its price tag but you know this when you decide to eat here

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday, it was honestly the best decision I ever made. The restaurant was beautiful, such nice atmosphere, the lighting was great. I asked for a more quiet table and I got one. The food was so so good, there wasn’t one thing that we didn’t like. Such good quality and fresh ingredients. It is more on the pricey side but its 100% worth it because you will definitely leave more than satisfied. Service was 10/10 from the moment we walked in. A big probs to a Canadian waiter (I forgot to ask her name), she was incredible, all her recommendations were amazing, so friendly and professional at the same time. Will definitely be back at one point. Hands down best restaurant I’ve been to in Brighton.

What a beautiful place! 😍 It was our first time at The Ivy Asia for a birthday celebration and it’s definitely somewhere we will go again for special occasions. The Menu is quite pricey but the food was delicious so in our opinion it was well worth it, our bill came to £175 for 2 people but that did include 2 rounds of cocktails 🍹 I would definitely recommend 👌

We booked here for a friends birthday and we all enjoyed the meal and atmosphere. The décor of the restaurant is truly outstanding and very lavish. Service is professional and very friendly and prompt. The food is tasty and well portioned but we did feel a few dishes were style over substance given the price. One absolute smash-hit is the volcano sushi which is a massive flavour bomb, presented atop dry ice for that incredible billowing mist effect and garnished with generous slices of black truffle. This dish was the highlight of my meal. On the flip side, the lobster and duck fried rice was disappointing given the high price (£28) and there was a lack of duck and lobster. The flavours were excellent and the dish was well cooked it just lacked the key components of the dish. Overall we had a wonderful time, the drinks/cocktails were super delicious and deserts were all excellent. We all agreed this was a venue for a special celebration meal.
