Nice place for brunch. Breakfast board is always my go to when I come here with someone. However there were several issues I found from last visit. Avocado wasn't mashed properly and some of them were not ripe that I couldn't enjoy the ultimate creamy texture. And the size of the bread decreased conspicuously since my last visit. Despite those issues, overall, my experience here was pretty good. Beverage was great. Coffee wasn't too bad. Service wise....it depends on staff member. I'd definitely visit again to try some other.

Great place for coffee and breakfast in a quiet little Street. I've been a regular customer at Jak + Hill since I moved to Spring Hill early 2015 and never been disappointed. Vegan and Vegetarian options are available. My Favorites the Almond Latte for coffee, Avo Hummus on Ciabatta for Breakfast and the Jack's Veggie Stack for Lunch..

We had a very enjoyable breakfast here on a late Saturday morning as we were staying nearby. The cafe is located in an area with mostly offices and no shops, so it was pretty dead on the weekend but at least the café wasn't busy. Seems to be one of the few cafés open later on the weekend in the area. Location: Cafe is spacious and has an outdoor section too, but surrounding area didn't have much of an atmosphere on the weekend due to surrounding offices being closed and lack of retail shops Decor: Cheerful and pleasant, fresh flowers on tables, no particular aesthetic Food: We were a group of four for breakfast and enjoyed everything we ordered. Breakfast board for 2 (more than enough for 2 people sharing), mushrooms on toast, hotcakes. Would recommend for a decent breakfast/brunch. Also had nice coffee and fresh juices. Service: Friendly and relaxed Restroom/toilet: Only has one restroom (with a warning that it gets clogged easily) despite the café having a decent amount of seating/tables. They could probably do with another restroom. Would also recommend they do not place a seat/table right beside the door to the restroom..maybe a screen or row of plants would be better to separate the restroom door from the dining area.

Their wonderful staff consistently serve up amazing dishes. Everytime I go there I order something different. It is all so good. Over the months I have been sampling the entire breakfast menu. Every dish is excellent. I had the sateed mushrooms again today - brilliant!! oh, and of course their coffee is great too.

I order a grilled chicken burger, but received a boiled chicken fillet that was pan fried for a minute to give it colour. It was leaking water so much that I returned it with anger. My colleague order Prawn Pasta but received a small bowl of Pasta Prawn Soup. Although the waiters where nice... Chef Mike (Microwave) really let us down on this lunch.
