Grill'd Healthy Burgers

Amazingly accommodating team that were working the closing shift on the evening of Sunday 17/07/22…we arrived bang on 10pm and the team were already performing an obviously thorough-cleaning regime. The lovely lady at the counter detected our sense of urgency to feed hungry kids after doing battle with holiday highway traffic and still cooked us some delicious and GOOD QUALITY burgers. Even politely warned that the grill will take a few extra minutes to get back up to temp. As the owner of a burger restaurant myself, I could not fault these guys and would be proud to have them as the face of my team! Thank you!!

Unfortunately this was the worst Grill'd restaurant I've experienced. The burger was very poor. Meat patties, texture like something artificial and the herb mayo dipping sauce was old or stock has been left in a warm place. Too many staff mucking around (playing) and still the service was slow. I'm a huge fan of Grill'd but won't be going here again. I should really give it a one star.
