Kin And Co Cafe

The service at this cafe was fantastic. I spent my afternoon sitting on my laptop doing work because the vibe in the atmosphere was so calm. They provide the Wi-Fi password with an order and the manager and his team very clearly love what they do. They enjoy having a chat with their customers. The menu range is perfect for any budget. I ordered the open omelette and ordered fresh chilli on the side. It came out quick, hot and fresh - it was delicious. The greens on top were just the right selection. I also ordered a chai latte and it was the best chai I’ve had in a very long time. It was creamy and full of flavour and I’m not sure what powder they use but I’ll definitely be going back for one of those again!! Finished my study afternoon off with a pot of hot tea. Again - it was served beautifully. All in all, my afternoon spent at Kin and Co was fantastic and I absolutely will return here. Thank-you to the team at this place - you guys are a vibe.

It’s a nice brunch place near the river. We made a booking, as we knew it was going to be busy on a Sunday morning & we were happy with everything. The dining in area is located in a foyer of a commercial building, so it’s a bit noisy, but we can still have a conversation without having to shout. We were seated promptly & our coffee order came out quick and it’s good coffee too. We had the omelette, sticky date pancakes & zucchini & corn fritters. I had the fritters and thought it would be nicer if they were crispier, but they were tasty & presented nicely. The sticky date pancakes and omelette look delicious too. The service was good & even though there was a seating time limit due to covid-19, we didn’t feel rushed. We will come back again.

This place is in a great location and has a fair bit of seating space. Overall I wasn't impressed with the food and service - initially we were asked if we were just having coffee or eating, which looked like it would determine the table we were put on, however we were still put on small square table that can seat 1-4 people. We were a group of 4. The table was very crowded with our drinks, food, salt and pepper and water. All other tables were not full. Anyway, the drinks were nice, but two of the four food dishes ordered didn't taste good at all. The pea pancake lacked flavour and was dry. The salad could not save the dish. The gnocchi had an overly vinegar flavour in the red sauce - it ruined the dish, even though the presentation was nice. Definitely not a place I'll be going back to anytime soon.

Expect a wait on food at busy times, but the food is worth the wait. Excellent tea selection, served stylishly and with excellent attention to detail. Meals were just the right size, clean sumptuous flavours with well balanced ingredients. Thick bacon rashers were delicious and the eggs done just right. Even though it was busy the acoustics handled volume levels well and we could still chat easily, without having to raise our voices. Looking forward to our next visit to Kin & Co.

Very cool atmosphere - industrial like. It was a 40 minute wait for food but we were warned before sitting down. Cappuccino with real chocolate flakes was a winner. We ordered the granola which was super fresh and beautiful. Also ordered the Eggs Benedict. I swapped the ham out for bacon and added a hash brown! Delicious!
