I'm visiting so wanted to try a local place over Dominos and played it safe with an 'Americano'. Website ordering good, made quickly and really friendly server on pickup, but sadly when I opened the box this nasty smell came out. I tried two (irregular cut) slices, not sure if it was the cheese (which looked too yellow to be mozzarella), the sauce which was strangely dark and hard to define, or the dough which was like a shaggy pita bread - caked in flour, ripped up edges, very flat and wrinkled, zero rise.. Really bizarre, I even had to take it outside because the strange smell was overwhelming. I can't imagine they made pizza like this for the past 40 years, maybe the cook has zero experience or is completely disinterested in pizza (no dough shaping or neat cutting) or the ingredients are off... Sorry guys it was just terrible and inedible.

WARNING DON'T EVER ORDER FROM GINOS The pizza is absolutely garbage, cold and tastes like dirt. After waiting more than an hour the person said they would deliver fresh hot pizza but just blatantly lied to me even after I told them I can't eat it cold because of health problems THEY STILL DELIVERED RUBBISH BURNT GARBAGE We're happy to send out stuff that looked this bad . We were saying in a hotel so wasn't possible for us to come pick-up, you can't blame Uber for the extremely poor quality rubbish which we were sent

Overall a great family environment. We ordered a range of stuff and all shared. The pizza was great, with the exception of the calzone ones they are far too dry. The traditional lasagna was unusual it comes in an almost soup like bowl, and is very wet, it wasn't too bad but certainly not amazing. They also stocked some traditional drinks and the pricing for families was good, not over priced at all. Overall walked away happy.

Don't normally do poor reviews but I'm hoping this will be used constructively. Had takeaway pastas and pizza because one of few open on a Tuesday. We were hoping for a nice meal first week in Brisbane. VERY disappointing. Couldn't identify any sauce on the pizza, base had an old grease smell and cheese, if any, was tasteless. Carbonara and Chicken pasta were tasteless, certainly missing the garlic as per the menu. Service was friendly but won't try twice.

After being seated we waited for more than 20 minutes. No service. We had to approach the server at the door to ask if it was table service or we were meant to order at the counter. Staff seemed to be frantic and directionless despite the restaurant being far from capacity. Garlic bread was very dry and tasteless. Pizza was OK and veal was very average. We asked specifically for a scoop on ice cream with dessert, it arrived without ice cream. Staff require more training but that comes down to poor management. We won't be returning.

I'd just like to say if you book your time and date 1 month beforehand you expect to have a table available when you arrive. That was just the start, as no table had been put aside we were put in the back corner of the restaurant by the open back door on a table dirty. Then 45 minutes to get the starters, everyone got their drinks except one 30 mins later for that. Mains - one had to be sent back twice, another dish was given something completely different to what was ordered. Management made aware of the situation. So overall a big thumbs down rating 0. So room for improvement in service, time management and booking skills.

Not overly attentive but friendly staff. Too much salad dressing on the side of Veal parmigiana which soaked the crumbing and was a bit tough. Lasagne dish was tasty but not the portion size described by the waitress.
