The Bavarian

This is a great find. The food is fantastic. I do love ordering from our table through a QR code, it does make it easier and you don't feel rushed. The decor is fresh and inviting with friendly staff. The wait for food was quick. I'm always abit iffy about burgers because I've had some bad ones, but this burger was amazing, the meat pattie was the best.

Came here for lunch and a drink after a movie. Really blunt and disappointing service, when we arrived which was surprising because the place was empty and they didn’t have anyone to serve. The salad my mum ordered though was a disgrace, expensive, bland, and looked like it was out of a discounted coles packet. $23 for a few slices of over cooked chicken, on a bowl of lettuce, packet noodles, dry shallots and onion with pepper and oil. My mum isn’t the type to complain about food and she was starving but when she couldn’t finish the meal I asked her why. I’ve had great experiences from The Bavarian chain, but the service and food quality here was just not good.

Unprofessional ‘sending order staff’ who yelled at me when picking up my take away. Took more than 1 hour and 30 mins but still haven’t got the order even when the restaurant wasn’t too busy. Saw kitchen staff who were working very slow and taking there time!!!! Also saw the meals were made ready to be sent but didn’t send them out to me.

We had an amazing night thanks to the wonderful staff. The managers were entertaining and ensured we were settled and well looked after. The chefs did a great job of catering to food allergies (and the food was delicious!). But hands down the reason we had such a great night and were catered for so well was thanks to our amazing waiter, Dean. Dean was funny, caring and so diligent in meeting our needs (and after a couple of drinks we got rowdy!). Thanks for an awesome night out, we will definitely be back!
